Gordon Shoes and New Balance Pittsburgh accepts payment in US Funds via VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Check [Telecheck Service] and Cash. All payments are accepted with proper approval and verification.
Credit Card information is securely retrieved and abides by both state and federal rules and laws.
Special Order Policy
Gordon Shoes and New Balance Pittsburgh are capable of “Special Ordering” items that are currently available from our Vendor Partners. Please keep in mind that older products, seen in our store or on our website, may no longer be available for purchase. Payment is required for all merchandise exiting Gordon Shoes and New Balance Pittsburgh locations. For “Special Orders”, your payment will be processed at the time of your order. Merchandise will not be ordered without payment.
In the event of a “Back Ordered Item”, we will notify you of the estimate date of availability. If you choose to not continue the “Special Order” process, your payment will be refunded. If you choose to continue to the “Special Order” process, your payment will go toward our store acquiring the product.
Allen Edmonds “Special Make Up” Policy – All items special ordered from Allen Edmonds as a “Special Make Up” are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We encourage you to go through the fit process to ensure the correct fit of the shoe desired for the customization process. This process can take longer than the regular Special Order process; an estimate time of availability will be given upon submittal of the order.
For telephone orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Gordon Shoes ships via FedEx ground insured service to any continental United States address to which these services deliver (no Post Office boxes). Our delivery charges are as follows, for delivery in the contiguous 48 United States only:
Continental U.S. Shipping Only: Ground shipments, regardless of size and weight are ALL $7.00. Contact us for expedited service or alternate shipping arrangements. ALL PRICES & AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

In the event that the items shipped need to be returned to the store, they may be returned on your own accord, or a FedEx Call Tag can be issued for secure and insured shipping returns. Shipping return costs made on your own accord will not be refunded. Please retain all shipping packaging in the event that returns have to be made.
Gordon Shoes accepts returns of REGULAR PRICE (non-sale) merchandise in ORIGINAL, RESALABLE condition within 30 days of original purchase, when accompanied by the purchase receipt and in the original footwear packaging. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our option. Sale priced items are not returnable. Freight charges are not refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
Refunds are issued in the same manner as original payment, EXCEPT cash and debit refunds are issued by check. Refund checks are mailed weekly, by the end of the week.
We respect your online time and your privacy. Gordon Shoes never releases your personal information or email address and it is always held privately and securely. We keep your e-mail solely for the purpose of sending messages on our new arrivals, special events & sales. Your credit card information is treated with government regulated maximum security as well.
